Early Spring.

The snow starts to melt

The amount of daylight increases towards the end of February when the snowy landscapes are bathed in the bright light of spring sunhine until the snow begins to melt towards the end of April.

The time of transition is called ‘dojo.’ It is a time when nature pauses for a moment, reflects on itself, and takes time for self-care. During this time, you can use meditation to ‘let go of the old’ and find your center while connecting with the vibration of Shamanic drumming and acupunture.

Meditation, QiGong, and mindfulness exercises all help with this process. Immersing yourself in our hot tub and sauna under the starry skies and northern lights is unforgettable. You will then enjoy the warmth of the campfire as we prepare traditional food together, followed by gently falling asleep on a reindeer skin with the stars shining through the skylight.

We will spend a lot of time with our coaching partner dogs – a time when the authentic leadership style will be tested again and again, both in the daily work and with the ‘driving’ of the dogs. During this dojo time, intuitive archery, intuition training, and self-reflection will increase your understanding of nature and your innermost self.

Usual temperatures: -15°C to 5°C
